  • Certain there is a historical aspects that make bargaining so prevalent in Chinese society, but in today's modern society is it really necessarry?

I believe in fair pricing and despise haggling. Haggling still exists in all sphere of the world and is sometimes disguised in various forms, but I find it nowhere as prevalent as it is in China.

As a person who hates haggling, that is why I prefer to spend my money in HK rather than in the Mainland. The mainland gets very little of my money.

  • Sorry for the mainland sorry business people. Some of them are greedy. There are also honest business people there who believe doing business in a non haggling way.
